TERMS OF SERVICE
➢ I, the artist, retail all rights to the commissioned artwork. You are purchasing usage rights, not the ownership of the artwork itself.
➢ My artwork may be used for personal display such as profile pictures, banners, posting on socials with credit, or printing for yourself- BUT may not be used for profit without prior agreement.
➢ AI/NFT use is strictly prohibited. My work may not be used in AI engines, or minted as NFTs.
➢ Communication is important! If i do not receive a response within 10 days, I will proceed and do the artwork as it is.

I may use the artwork for:
➢ To promote myself and my services.
➢ Post on social media and in my portfolio/art gallery.
EXCEPTIONS:
➢ If an NDA was purchased, the artwork will not be posted anywhere or used for promotional purposes.

Payments and Fees:
➢ All Payments are to be done after you aprove of the sketch.
➢ Payments are to be done in full upon aproval an of the sketch/idea.
EXCEPTION is anything over 100€, which can be done as a payment plan.
➢ A Non-Disclosure-Agreement (NDA) fee of 50€ applies if you request that I, Grellgorino do not post your commission publically or use it as a part of my portfolio/galery.
➢Complexity fee for characters with no refrence sheet or complex designs may apply, price range is between 5€ - 20€ on top of the commission price, and will be discussed prior.

Revisions:
➢ Changes about the lineart are only available during the sketching phase.
➢Once a sketch/idea is approved, no further changes about lineart will be made unless due to an error on my part. (anatomical mistakes or genuenly something i forgot, mistakes I make will always be fixed.)
➢ Changes about the characters markings and colouring can be changed at any time!
Changes about colouring and markings wont be done after you aprove of the finished product: (example)
- After you aprove of the finished product, but ask me to change something a week after.

Deadlines and delivery:
➢ Commissions may take anywhere up to 1-3 months to do. Queue, health, school and personal life matters.
➢ Keep in mind that as a nurse IRL, i sometimes have very busy shedules.
➢ Updates will be given every step of the way, especially if delays occur.
➢ Feel free to reach out to me at any time about an update!
➢ If you wish to skip the Queue (be the first in line), there will be a 20€ fee on top.
➢ You must directly message me and state your Request of a rush fee.

Refunds:
➢ I may cancel and refund a commission at any time.
➢ You may ONLY cancel, before a payment has been made.
➢ Once payment has been received, refunds are NOT available.
➢ Chargebacks are strictly prohibited.Filling a chargeback will:
➢ Forfeit your rights to use the artwork.
➢ Place you on a public Blacklist. (With evidence)
➢ Allow me to resell or reuse the artwork as i see fit.
➢ Result in a formal complaint against you.

Commissioner rights:
YOU MAY:
➢ Use the artwork for personal purposes only.
➢ Print the art for personal use.
➢ Post it on Social Media with credit to me "@Grellgorino", not "Grell".YOU MAY NOT:
➢ Use the artwork commercially without permission.
➢ Commission NSFW art of my designs/adopts.
➢ Claim the artwork as your own or fail to credit me.
➢ Remove signature/watermarks.
➢ Modify the artwork without my consent.
Ill almost always allow it :) Just ask.
➢ Use artwork for merch or commercial projects.

Blacklist policy
➢ Breaking any of my rules / TOS may result in a permanent public Blacklist.
➢This "public" blaclist may be shared with other artists.
➢ You may get blaclisted due to another artists blacklist if they provide evidence.
➢ Other reasons such as bad manners, dissrespectful behaviour or hurtfull comments against minorities etc. may play a role in your blacklisting.

Adoption rules
➢ Sometimes I may sell or offer bid adopts on my creations and designs.
➢ I, Grellgorino, will always put instructions under posts that offer my designs. It is very imortant that you follow the given formats and bidding rules.
➢ After purchasing my Designs, you may do with them whatever you want- be it "changing" something about markings, or adding onto it. (Like wings, extra eyes...)
➢ Any adopt purchased from me cannot be used in any NSFW content, even if it is anthro or a humanised version of a dinosaur.
➢ You may resell the adopt, however not for higher than you purchased it from me.
Exception:
You have additional art you purchased from either me or other artists.

Refrence sheets and anything not listed here can be discussed in DMs! Please do not hesitate to ask.All artwork will be shaded and rendered unless you state otherwise.Extra characters are 100% of the original price, price reduction can be discussed if there is 2+ OCs in a piece.See my art galery or ask me for examples.
